The word and excel files can be completed, please save and attatch to an email

Alternatively, you can print and post the completed order form to:

Payments

Payments can be made by cheque or credit card.

After sending us your completed order form, you will receive a confirmation / invoice e-mail.

If you wish to pay the balance by cheque, please make payments to ‘mytrophy’ at the below address.

Alternativley, you can pay the balance by credit card by following the e-mail confirmation / invoice instructions.

The full invoice balance is to be paid prior dispatch of goods.

ORDERING

How long will it take to process my order from submitting my order form?
On receipt of your order form, we can produce and dispatch your trophies within 10 working days.

Is there a minimum / maximum order?
No, the minimum order is 1.

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is a flat rate of £8.50 to Mainland UK.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, please see the discount table above.

Oops, we’ve received our order and have spelt a name wrong on the order form.
Not to worry, we can send you a revised insert for just £3.

DESIGN OPTIONS

How do we order special trophies? (e.g. player of the year)
With the order form, please specify the award message you would like and the background colour from the examples on the gallery page. Click here to view ‘special trophies’.

Can we include our logo or sponsor on the design?
Yes, if you want a logo / sponsor or any unique requests with the trophy design please
contact us to discuss.

Can we duplicate player shirt numbers?
Yes, you don’t have to stick to 1-11, they can all be number 9 if you wish!

Can we have a different colour for our goalkeeper shirt?
Yes, you can specify the colour of the goalkeeper shirt on the order form.

We have numerous teams with different kit designs, can we still have a separate design per team?
Yes, just email us an image or description of each of the kits.
